Bahareh Lazemizadeh, MA, LMFT #139909, LPCC#13457

I am a dual licensed therapist who provides trauma informed therapy to individuals, groups and families across California. While simultaneously pursuing my licensures, I authored an academic thesis addressing the impact of Hypercriminalization and proposed therapeutic approaches for mental health professionals to support their communities. Being passionate about this work, I have been actively involved with the in-reach and re-entry community for over ten years and transitioned to full-time roles in the field in 2021. My commitment lies in supporting, individuating, and enhancing the quality of life for people who are system impacted, employing holistic and mental health awareness approaches.
I am passionate about the therapeutic work we will do in sessions and enjoy mixing conversation, with depth therapy to activate deeper awareness around your challenges and increase your confidence in your individuation process. I will meet you with compassion, empathy and openness.
